Days Like This

I'm trying to write some sort of Nietzchian critique of golden-age Greek cosmology. And I'm about done. And then my friend asks if I've read Nietzche's The Birth of Tragedy. Which is apparently his critique of cosmology. Which I, of course, haven't read.

Damn it.

I'm gonna go chug energy drink until my earwax tastes like Guarana extract.

I own that book; me and it go way back. If you're serious, we could talk.

If you're really serious, get OU to borrow Emory's copy of John Sallis' book, Crossings. It's his interpretation of Birth of Tragedy. It probably still has my pen markings in it.

Libraries tend to hate me...

Also, Jerry left a note on my blog, and I'm tempted to wonder if he was intoxicated...
